The monastery is constructing a new two-storey RCC guest house at Lama Camp, Bylakuppe, to accommodate the growing number of visiting monks, family members, and pilgrims. The building comprises 13 self-contained guest rooms per floor, each with a bedroom (approx. 13'6" × 11'9"), attached bathroom, and kitchenette, connected by wide 8-foot passages with lift and staircase access.
Construction is being carried out under a lump-sum contract (₹1,650 per sqft, material included) by a local contractor in Kushalnagar, with quality materials specified throughout — TMT steel reinforcement, ACC cement, vitrified tile flooring, UPVC windows, and branded fittings.
